Outlook, Windows Live Messenger and email error?!?

I have it. My Windows Live Messenger and Mail, Outlook + Windows stopped working suddenly. PC Information: Windows Vista Premium can not connect to Messenger, it gives me this error 80048820 I can not connect Outlook 2007 or Windows Live Mail I have checked the settings my firewall, they were fine. Anyway, I reinstalled Norton 2008 and the problem still exists. I checked the site help and FAQ about Microsoft saying to re-register some DLLs that says some sort of error 0×80070005, anyway. To re-install Messenger and bad luck of others.
