megaclick iexplore.exe and errors?

I have like 200 + iexplore running I can see in my task manager, but I have the browser running. Even uninstalling from Add / Remove Programs in Control Panel. So before you delete when I tried to open IE, the address of a bit like reading www.megaclick.com / ………. / Www.google.ca (I have Google as your homepage). Now every time I restart my computer (I'm on my laptop today) I get an error saying "Iecplore.exe – Application Error. The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click OK to terminate the application. "And the error window still appears, no matter how often click OK. I can not do more. Please advice.
