Msvcr80.dll help please?

Msvcr80.dll? My Microsoft Word 2007 does not work and displays a warning when I open it says my msvcr80.dll was not found. Then I downloaded msvcr80.dll on the Internet today, it seems a new error message. the exact error message is: "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142).
