Task List error 0×80070005: Access is denied, how I can fix this?

I recently tryed to list a few applications running at certain times. (Norton, adaware spyware) to name a few. I am running Windows Home SP2 XO. After trying to run the Task Scheduler Wizard, I get the error message: The new task has been created, but can not run because account information could not be resolved. The specific error is: 0×80070005: Access is denied. Try to use the job page Browse button to locate the application … can anyone out there help me?
