Laptop boot normally, even in safe mode?

I first carried a white and a black screen with options to select Safe mode, last known good configuration and other options. Whatever you choose, Windows will start booting, but then flashes a BSOD with error code *** STOP: 0×00000050 .. then go through the same process over and over again. I tried all F8 options but none seem to work. Also with options like safe mode, etc. It is said that insert the Windows installation disc, restart the computer and repair .. but my laptop has been pre-installed with Vista and do not I have a record! Your laptop should have come with a way to restore Windows or a disk or perhaps a recovery disk recovery score.
