I BSOD when I connect my iPod Touch?

Each time I connect my ipod touch on my laptop, I get the BSOD (Blue Screen of Death). The error code I get is: Stop: 0×0000007E (0xc0000005, 0×00000000, 0xF8ABC7c4, 0xF8ABC4c0) This never happened before, and never happens until I plug in my iPod. I ran many races, CHKDSK yet occurs. And help would be appreciated.
