windows bad image error message

This error message is really bothering me?

Although just doing random things on my computer (internet browsing, play games, etc) I get an error message. The error message page is entitled "EVR fullscreen: Windows – Bad Image" and the message that shows me is "Exception Processing Message 0×762F023C0×762F023C 0×762F023C 0xc000007b parameters 0×762F023C" It's about 10-50 times and I must quickly click multiple sometimes it turns off. It becomes very annoying and slow, sometimes my computer. No idea what causes it and how do I get rid of? I am running Windows Vista.

Others reported the same problem without iTunes installed. "But the last sentence implies that not 100% fixed. Try some other sites reported by Yahoo! Investigation. Hope that helps.
