My computer (Dell) crashed on me diagnostic and Blus screen, I am "error code c0000218 (registry File Failure) The registry can not load the hive (file): \ SystemRoot \ System32 \ config \ SOFTWARE or its log alternative OT. Is corrupt, absent or not writable. "Any ideas about what these mistakes are and how to solve? If there is a place for me to look at this, let me know.
