I often get this error "Windows Generic Host error system32?

I get this error message "Generic Host Windows system32 "Very often and I have to restart my computer to use it again. Strangely this only happens when I connect to my PPPoE broadband connection .. and if I connect to the Internet via dial-up or never happens .. Please help me! Im tired of restarting my computer – sometimes as often as 20 minutes from the use of network
